The Consell de Ibiza has presented an ambitious project for the new Intangible Cultural Heritage Center in Sant Rafel, with an investment of 7.6 million euros. The design rescues elements typical of the architecture in Ibiza, such as the combination of local stone and wood with glass, steel and aluminum, and seeks environmental certification "GREEN".
